Highlands, Scotland - The nose opens with black toffee, candied orange, bitter chocolate and Jamaica pepper. Followed by notes of fig raisins and ripe mangoes. The palate reveals moist banana fig cake, almonds, cinnamon, peach syrup and fudge. The finish is long yet balanced. Sip neat.
